Q: Where does WETCEAOM ship to? A: We currently offer delivery to the United States, Canada, Mexico, and some EU countries (such as Germany, France, Italy, etc.). If you are in other countries, please contact customer service.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Depending on your location, standard international shipping usually takes 7–15 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is dispatched.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order? A: We aim to process orders quickly. If you need to make changes, please contact us at info@wetceaom.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Q: Will these frames fit specific brands like LEGO® or POP MART? A: Yes! Our products are specifically designed with popular collectibles in mind. Please check the dimensions on each product page to ensure a perfect fit for your specific set or figurine.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged? A: Since display cases are fragile, we take extra care in packaging. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a refund immediately.

Q: What is your return policy? A: We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please reach out to info@wetceaom.com to receive return authorization before shipping items back to our California facility.
