Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy.
You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Items must be returned in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
Returned items must include all original accessories, parts, and packaging materials, if applicable.
Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
Customized or personalized products
Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or assembled by the customer
Items returned without original packaging
Items returned after the 30-day return period
Gift cards or final sale items, if applicable

Return Shipping Cost
If the return is due to an issue caused by us, such as a damaged item, defective item, or incorrect item, we will take responsibility and offer one of the following solutions:
A free replacement
A full refund
Return shipping support, if the item needs to be returned
If the return is due to customer reasons, such as change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refund processing time is typically 7–14 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
No additional refund processing fees will be charged by WETCEAOM.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account or payment account again.
Then contact your credit card company, bank, or payment provider, as it may take additional time before the refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We offer free exchanges only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
For customer-initiated exchanges, such as requesting a different style or size, the customer is responsible for the related shipping costs.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 business days after delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
Your order number
Photos or videos of the issue
Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label, if the package was damaged during delivery
After reviewing the information, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, refund, or other reasonable compensation.
Return Instructions
Please do not send items back without prior approval.
All approved returns must be shipped to the return address provided above, unless we provide different return instructions by email.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if no tracking information is available.
