If the issue is caused by us (damaged, defective, or wrong item): We will cover return shipping costs or provide a free replacement / full refund.

If the return is due to customer reasons (change of mind, wrong order, etc.): The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only offer free exchanges if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. For customer-initiated exchanges (e.g., wanting a different style), shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
