Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.
SECTION 1 – SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to the following countries and regions:

Mexico
Canada
Selected European Union countries, including Germany, France, Italy, and Spain
Shipping availability may vary depending on product type, warehouse availability, carrier service coverage, and regional restrictions.
If your destination is not available at checkout, it means we may not currently support shipping to that location.
SECTION 2 – ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All in-stock orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please note:
Processing time applies to in-stock items only.
Customized products or made-to-order items may require additional production time.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If additional verification is required for your order, processing may take longer.
SECTION 3 – CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
Customized products are not included in the standard 1–3 business day processing time.
Customized or made-to-order items may require additional production time before shipment. The estimated production time will depend on the product type, design requirements, and order volume.
If your order includes a customized product, the total delivery time will be:

SECTION 4 – SHIPPING METHODS AND CARRIERS
We work with trusted logistics partners and carriers to deliver orders safely and efficiently.
Depending on the destination, warehouse availability, package size, and carrier service coverage, orders may be shipped by carriers such as:

Other reliable local or international carriers
The final carrier is selected based on the most suitable available shipping route for your order.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING COST
Free standard shipping is available for eligible destinations and eligible orders.
Any applicable shipping cost, if required, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
We do not charge hidden shipping fees after checkout.
SECTION 6 – ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated transit times are:
United States: 5–12 business days
Mexico: 5–12 business days
Canada: 5–12 business days
Selected European Union countries: 7–14 business days
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time
For in-stock items, the estimated total delivery time is generally:
United States: 6–15 business days
Mexico: 6–15 business days
Canada: 6–15 business days
Selected European Union countries: 8–17 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance, local carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, incorrect shipping information, high shipping volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.
SECTION 7 – WAREHOUSES AND FULFILLMENT
Orders may be fulfilled from our partner fulfillment centers in China, the United States, or Europe, depending on inventory availability, product type, and destination.
We will select a suitable fulfillment location whenever possible to improve delivery efficiency.
Not all products are stocked in every warehouse. Some products may be shipped internationally depending on availability.
SECTION 8 – DUTIES, TAXES, AND VAT
For the following countries, we may provide Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping where available:
United States
Mexico
Canada
Germany
France
Italy
Spain
For DDP destinations, applicable customs duties and import taxes are generally prepaid by us when required. Customers should not normally be charged additional import duties upon delivery.
For destinations or orders that are not covered by DDP shipping, import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges may be required by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Customs policies vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for more information if needed.
SECTION 9 – ORDER TRACKING
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number by email when available.

Please note that tracking updates may take several business days to appear after shipment, especially for international orders.
SECTION 10 – INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure that your shipping address, contact name, phone number, city, state/province, postal code, and country are accurate before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delivery failure, delays, return-to-sender issues, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

While we work with reliable logistics partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

SECTION 13 – LOST PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows that the package has not moved for an unusually long period, or if the carrier confirms that the package is lost, please contact us at:

If the package is confirmed lost due to a carrier issue, we may offer a replacement or refund according to our Returns & Refund Policy.
We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are lost due to theft, incorrect address, unsecured delivery location, or other circumstances outside our control. However, we will try our best to assist you in filing a carrier investigation where possible.
SECTION 14 – REMOTE AREAS AND DELIVERY LIMITATIONS
Some remote areas may have limited shipping service coverage or longer delivery times.
If a destination is not serviceable by our logistics partners, we may contact you to discuss alternative solutions, such as changing the delivery address or canceling and refunding the order.

If your country or region is not covered under DDP shipping, additional import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges may apply.
