These Billing Terms and Conditions apply to payments made on the WETCEAOM website. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Payment Methods
WETCEAOM accepts secure payments through Shopify Payments and PayPal.
Available payment methods may include major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other payment options displayed at checkout.
All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s checkout infrastructure, Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other available payment providers. WETCEAOM does not store your full credit card, debit card, PayPal account, or payment account information.
Currency and Charges
All product prices, shipping fees, taxes, discounts, and final charges are displayed during checkout before you complete your payment.
The final amount charged will be shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email. All prices and charges are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing:
Order number
Purchased item(s)
Total amount charged
Shipping details
Please review the confirmation carefully and contact us immediately at info@wetceaom.com if any information appears incorrect.
Payment Authorization
By submitting an order, you authorize payment for the total purchase amount through the payment method selected at checkout, including applicable product charges, taxes, shipping fees, and any other fees shown at checkout.
Orders will not be processed until payment authorization is successfully completed.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@wetceaom.com as soon as possible.
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase if they have not entered production, customization, packaging, or shipment.
Once a cancellation is confirmed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund processing times typically range from 3–5 business days, but may vary depending on Shopify Payments, PayPal, your bank, card issuer, or other payment provider.
Orders that have already entered production, customization, packaging, or shipment may not be eligible for cancellation.
