Payment Authorization

By submitting an order, you authorize WETCEAOM to charge the selected payment method for the total purchase amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Orders will not be processed until payment authorization is successfully completed.


Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@wetceaom.com as soon as possible.

  • Order cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of purchase

  • Once confirmed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing times typically range from 3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider

Orders that have already entered production or shipment may not be eligible for cancellation.

Disputes and Chargebacks
